1. Acceptance of terms

By using Synth-BI, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

Synth-BI lets you upload CSV, JSON, and Excel files, build dashboards from them in your browser by hand or with an AI assistant, and export data and images for use in tools like Power BI and Tableau. Lite Mode requires no account and stores nothing outside your browser. Normal Mode requires a free account and can save dashboards to it.

3. The AI assistant

Queries, charts, answers, and tile drafts generated by the AI assistant may be incorrect or incomplete. You're responsible for reviewing them before relying on them or sharing them. The assistant is not professional, financial, or legal advice.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload data you don't have the right to use, don't use Synth-BI to violate any law, and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure, including by circumventing AI usage limits.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of any data you upload and anything you build with it. If you save a dashboard, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service back to you. You can delete saved dashboards at any time from the home page.

6. Exports and third-party tools

Exported files are generated on your device. Power BI and Tableau are products of their respective owners; we don't control how they read exported files and don't guarantee compatibility with every version.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Synth-BI is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made from dashboards, exports, or AI-generated content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Synth-BI after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
